Mickey's Toon Town is celebrating the arrival of Minnie Mouse - Miss Toon Town - with a parade led by Donald Duck, followed by Goofy, the one-man band and Pluto, as they circle around the town hall. His honor the Mayor Mickey Mouse, moves in and out of the swinging doors for a glimpse of the festivities. The feud ensues as the covered wagon rocks hack and forth while its wheels spin. One sharpshooter fires his shotgun as another dodges an arrow.
